Double Stage Reverse Osmosis

Suitable for all kinds of water treatment equipment for pure water, mineral water, beverage product water and pro

Description

Suitable for various types of water treatment systems designed for pure water, mineral water, beverage product water, and process water. This primarily encompasses: Pretreatment systems (including quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, ion exchangers, and microporous filters), Membrane separation systems (such as ultrafilters, nanofilters, and reverse osmosis units), and electrodialysis equipment. Sterilization equipment (including ultraviolet and ozone systems), among others. Product offerings include: Reverse osmosis (RO) equipment series, Filter equipment series, Membrane products and filter elements, Electrodialysis systems, ion exchangers, and ozone sterilization systems. Application areas include: Drinking water (pure and mineral), Food and beverage water, Boiler feed water, and industrial wastewater treatment, High-purity water for the pharmaceutical and electronic industries. The quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion filter, and precision filter serve as pretreatment equipment in pure water purification systems, each fulfilling distinct roles in filtering various impurities and bacteria. The specific tank diameter can be customized based on the customer’s hourly production needs. All filters, including the quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, and precision filter, are constructed from food-grade high-quality stainless steel 304, ensuring hygiene, aesthetic appeal, and durability. Quartz sand filter: This multi-layer filter is primarily utilized to eliminate sediment, rust, colloids, suspended solids, and other particles larger than 20 micrometers in the raw water. It can be operated using manual valve control or a fully automatic controller for backwashing, forward flushing, and other functions, thereby ensuring the water quality and prolonging the equipment’s lifespan. Activated carbon filter: This system employs fruit shell activated carbon filters. Activated carbon is capable of adsorbing electrolyte ions and facilitating ion exchange adsorption. Additionally, activated carbon adsorption can significantly lower the chemical oxygen demand (COD) of potassium permanganate from 15 mg/L (O2).
